FAQ

1) Do you provide onsite maintenance service?

Yes. My engineer will make an appointment to service your air compressor onsite. Onsite service is available in Klang Valley only. The service fee is range from RM90 – RM390 depend on the capacity of your air compressor.

2) My air compressor is not functioning, can you repair??

Yes. You can either deliver your air compressor to our factory in Kepong, KL or we arrange to pick up from you. Pick up service is available in Klang Valley only. Our engineer will check your air compressor and work out a quotation for you. If you decided:

a) To proceed repair: Our service department will prepare an invoice for payment. Repair will carry out once we received your payment.

b) Not to proceed repair: Our service department will prepare an invoice for RM80 checking fee. We will deliver your air compressor to you once we received your payment.

3) Do you provide air piping installation?

Yes. We need to arrange a site visit in order to work out a quotation for you.
